2. Official duties

Carries out a rational organization of sales of products of the enterprise, its delivery to consumers in time and volume in accordance with orders and agreements concluded. Ensures the participation of the department in the preparation of forecasts, projects of promising and current plans for production and sales of products, conducting marketing research to study the demand for the company's products, prospects for the development of sales markets. Organizes the preparation and conclusion of contracts for the supply of products to consumers, the harmonization of conditions of supply. Heads the work on the preparation of supply plans and their linkage with production plans in order to ensure delivery of finished products to production units in time, according to the nomenclature, completeness and quality in accordance with the orders and agreements concluded. Takes measures to implement the sales plan, timely receipt of work orders, specifications and other documents for delivery. It provides control over the implementation by departments of an enterprise of orders, contractual obligations, the state of stocks of finished products in warehouses. Organizes the acceptance of finished products from production units to warehouses, rational storage and preparation for shipment to consumers, determining the need for vehicles, mechanized loading facilities, containers and manpower for shipping finished products. It develops and implements enterprise standards for the organization of storage, marketing and transportation of finished products, as well as measures to improve the distribution network, forms of delivery of products to consumers, reduce transportation costs, reduce excess residues of finished products and accelerate sales operations. Takes part in the organization of exhibitions, fairs, sales exhibitions and other events to promote products. Organizes wholesale trade of manufactured products. Takes measures to ensure timely receipt of funds for products sold. Participates in consideration of claims of consumers coming to the enterprise and preparation of answers to the claims, as well as claims to consumers and their violation of contract terms. Ensures accounting for the fulfillment of orders and contracts, shipments and balances of unsold finished products, the timely execution of sales documents, the preparation of the stipulated reports on sales (supplies), on the implementation of the implementation plan. Coordinates the activities of finished goods warehouses, manages the department staff.
