1. General characteristics of the profession
According to the indications of digital boards and signal lamps, it observes and controls the processes of machining parts, production of products, movement of the vehicle. With the help of levers and toggle switches regulates the operation of production lines. The most complex functions are the translation of information (signal) into an image of a real process and the decision to change production conditions.
2. Requirements for the individual characteristics of a specialist
The combination of high concentration and distribution of attention, clear-thinking thinking, the ability to anticipate events, balanced assessments, high will, endurance, determination, observation.
3. Medical contraindications
The work is not recommended for people with cardiovascular and neuropsychiatric diseases, disorders of the functions of the musculoskeletal system, visual defects.
4. Requirements for training
Good training in physics, mathematics, computer science, knowledge of machine theory, electrical engineering and electronics, mechanization and automation of production; skills in assembling and disassembling mechanisms and devices, their technical diagnostics and adjustment.
5. Related professions
Inspector of parts and products, industrial equipment adjuster, master of industrial training, industrial (or control) master, mechanic-repairman.
