The foreman must ensure not only that the given volume of production is carried out by the workers in accordance with the schedule, but also that the workers receive their salaries according to the schedule. He is obliged not only to calculate the amount of necessary materials, but also to ensure that all documentation is properly executed, and the material remains intact and during storage has not become unusable. In addition, he has to withstand the pressure of numerous construction commissions, with enviable regularity visiting construction sites. One of the duties of professionals working for prestigious companies is to regularly attend exhibitions of building materials and modern construction technologies. On ordinary skyscrapers recruit specialists from the regions. However, the main thing for a foreman is perseverance and the ability to settle conflicts. It's no wonder that professionals in this field are often qualified as middle managers.
3. Qualification requirements
One of the main requirements for foremen in employment, the presence of a diploma of completion of a construction college. Experience is not so important. If this is a graduate, he is offered six months to work as a master.
