1. General characteristics of the profession
A person who performs work on the acquisition of an enterprise with personnel for the required professions, specialties and qualifications.
2. Official duties
Takes part in the selection, selection, placement of personnel. Conducts a study and analysis of the official and professional - qualification structure of the personnel of the enterprise, the established personnel accounting documentation related to the reception, transfer, employment and dismissal of employees, the results of employee certification and assessment of their business skills in order to determine the current and future personnel needs, training proposals for filling vacancies and creating a reserve for nomination. Participates in the study of the labor market to determine the sources of meeting the need for personnel, establish and maintain direct links with educational institutions, contacts with enterprises of a similar profile. Informs employees of the company about available vacancies. Takes part in the development of promising and current plans for labor. Supervises the placement of young professionals and young workers in accordance with the profession and specialty obtained at an educational institution, conducting their internships, takes part in the work on the adaptation of newly hired employees to production activities. Participates in the preparation of proposals for staff development, business career planning, training and staff development, as well as in evaluating the effectiveness of training. Takes part in the organization of work, methodical and informational support of qualification, certification, competitive commissions, registration of their decisions. Analyzes the state of labor discipline and the implementation by the enterprise employees of the Internal Labor Regulations, the movement of personnel, participates in the development of measures to reduce turnover and improve labor discipline. Supervises the timely registration of admission, transfer and dismissal of employees, issuing certificates of their current and past work activities, compliance with the rules for storing and filling workbooks, preparing documents for establishing benefits and compensation, drawing up pensions for employees and other established personnel documentation, and making appropriate information in the enterprise data bank. Supervises the scheduling of shifts and exits for work of employees of the enterprise, schedules of the next holidays. Makes established statements. Preserving the property of the enterprise, does not disclose information and information that is a commercial secret of the enterprise. He does not give interviews, does not hold meetings and negotiations concerning the activity of the enterprise, without the permission of his management. He observes himself and controls the observance by workers of labor and production discipline, rules and norms of labor protection, requirements of industrial hygiene and hygiene, requirements of fire safety, civil defense. It helps to create a favorable business and moral climate in the enterprise.
3. Qualification requirements
Higher professional education and work experience in the specialty for at least 2 years.
