2. Official duties

A lawyer must necessarily know civil, criminal, labor, financial and administrative law, laws and regulations, logic, psychology, rhetoric. Professionally important qualities of a lawyer: communication skills, logical thinking, memory, attention, integrity.
3. Qualification requirements
Higher legal education and work experience in the specialty for at least two years.
