As a rule, this is a specialist who, after graduation from a university, will be able to work not only as a practical professional, but also in the scientific field. He must perfectly know the current legislation of both Russia and other countries, speak foreign languages, because it gives the lawyer the opportunity not only to study the original normative primary sources, but also the practice of the advanced countries of the world. Also, in addition to knowledge, professional mobility, the ability to quickly adapt to all changes in legislation are necessary. In the future, a lawyer can work in state executive authorities, local governments, courts, prosecutors, departments of the UVS, justice, notaries, legal and economic services of organizations, enterprises of various forms of ownership.
