2. Official duties

It carries out, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations governing the production and economic activity of the enterprise, the management of the production site. Ensures that the site performs production tasks in a timely manner in terms of the volume of production (works, services), the quality given to the nomenclature (range), increasing labor productivity, reducing the labor intensity of products based on rational equipment loading and using its technical capabilities, increasing the shift rate of equipment operation, economical use of raw materials, materials, fuel, energy and cost reduction. Prepares production in a timely manner, ensures the distribution of workers and teams, monitors compliance with technological processes, promptly identifies and eliminates the causes of their violation. Participates in the development of new and improvement of existing technological processes and production modes, as well as production schedules. Checks the quality of products or work performed, carries out measures to prevent marriage and improve the quality of products (works, services). Takes part in the acceptance of the completed work on the site reconstruction, repair of technological equipment, mechanization and automation of production processes and manual work. Organizes the introduction of advanced methods and techniques of work, as well as the forms of its organization, certification and rationalization of jobs. Ensures that workers meet the standards of production, the correct use of production space, equipment, office equipment (tooling and equipment), uniform (rhythmic) work of the site. Carries out the formation of brigades (their quantitative, professional and qualification structure), develops and implements measures for the rational maintenance of brigades, coordinates their activities. Establishes and timely brings production tasks to crews and individual workers (not part of teams) in accordance with approved production plans and schedules, standard indicators on the use of equipment, raw materials, materials, tools, fuel, energy. Carries out production instructions for workers, takes measures to implement the rules of labor protection, safety and industrial hygiene, technical operation of equipment and tools, as well as control over their observance. It promotes the introduction of progressive forms of work organization, makes proposals for revising the standards for working out and quotations, as well as assigning them in accordance with the Unified Tariff and Qualification Reference Book of Work and Professions for Workers, and takes part in rating works and assigning qualification ranks to site workers. Analyzes the results of production activities, controls the expenditure of the wage fund established for the site, ensures the correctness and timeliness of registration of primary documents for the accounting of working time, production, wages, downtime. It promotes the dissemination of best practices, the development of initiatives, the introduction of rationalization proposals and inventions. Provides timely revision in the established order of labor costs, the introduction of technically sound standards and normalized tasks, the correct and effective use of wage and bonus systems. Takes part in the implementation of work to identify production reserves in terms of quantity, quality and range of products, in the development of measures to create favorable working conditions, increase the organizational and technical culture of production, rational use of working time and production equipment. Controls the observance by workers of the rules of labor protection and safety, production and labor discipline, internal labor regulations, contributes to the creation in the team of an environment of mutual assistance and exactingness, the development of workers' sense of responsibility and interest in the timely and high-quality implementation of production tasks. Prepares proposals on the promotion of workers or the application of measures of material influence, on the imposition of disciplinary measures on the violators of industrial and labor discipline. He organizes work to improve the skills and professional skills of workers and foremen, train them in second and related professions, conducts educational work in a team.

3. Qualification requirements

Higher vocational (technical) education and work experience in production for at least 1 year or secondary vocational (technical) education and work experience in production for at least 3 years. In the absence of special education, work experience in production is at least 5 years.
