The responsibilities of the regional manager include the organization and development of the distribution system in the relevant region, finding customers, collecting information on the state of the market in the region (prices, activities of competitors, etc.), coordinating the work of sales representatives (managers or offices of the company) operating in the region , coordination of merchandising in the region, development and implementation of special programs to increase the volume of purchases by distributors. The main requirements for them are experience in sales in the relevant field, knowledge of the distribution system, the desire and the ability to travel frequently on business trips. Experience with nonresident wholesalers is desirable. Must experience team management.
