Works on the construction of roads and railways, water channels, earthen dams, trenches for underground utilities, etc. Drives the machine on the basis of a wheeled or tracked tractor, equipped with a blade (knife). Before starting work on the drawings, studies the future structure for drawing up a soil development plan. In the course of construction works, cutting, moving, leveling loose soil, site planning, backfilling of trenches, snow raking. The driver of the bulldozer can also work with mixed working equipment - a frozen soil ripper, a robber for clearing the cutting areas, a timber cutting machine, a brush cutter and a stump digger.

2. Requirements for the individual characteristics of a specialist

Adequate health, physical strength and endurance, high acuity of hearing and vision, high speed and accuracy of sensorimotor reactions, developed eye (linear, planar, volumetric), the ability to distribute and quickly switch attention, good visual memory, a tendency to work with technology are necessary.

3. Medical contraindications

The work is not recommended for people with diseases of the cardiovascular system with severe pathology, reduced visual acuity, narrowing of the visual fields, impaired binocularity and color sensation, chronic ear diseases with reduced function, disturbances in the vestibular apparatus, pronounced pathology of the musculoskeletal system, impeding movement ; suffering from bronchial asthma.
