1. General characteristics of the profession

2. Official duties

The creative director holds meetings with clients in order to clarify the client's ideas about the order and obtain technical specifications, develops and draws up technical specifications. He presents the idea and the technical task to the potential client, conducts negotiations with the customer to agree on the technical task and its approval, develops creative PR strategies and technologies in accordance with the approved technical task; draws them in the form of a project document. He also organizes and is responsible for carrying out brain-storming, invents and implements other creative techniques for developing creative ideas, develops preliminary actions, events, events, etc. in accordance with the creative order strategy, describes technologies, resources and means of implementing developed creative PR- concept, carries out a preliminary calculation of the budget of the project being implemented and monitors its article-by-article execution, protects the developed PR strategy and the project budget to the client, controls the implementation reporting projects. As required, the creative director adjusts the project implementation work, coordinates the work of staff involved in project implementation, monitors order execution for various criteria, monitors project implementation efficiency, prepares analytical information on projects, and is responsible for providing this information to the customer and management in a timely and high-quality manner. , ensures the development of the idea of ​​a PR strategy and writing a technical task for the agency to participate in the announced tenders, tslezhivaet current trends and important developments in the various segments of the economy, conducted by PR-campaign, ways of presenting and promoting products and services, tracking the innovations, current trends and technological ideas in the field of PR, advertising and the media. A broad outlook, a developed sense of humor, a natural ability to create, an ability to concentrate on details, flexibility of thinking and approaches in work, an internal drive are mandatory personality characteristics of a successful creative director. His previous work experience should be associated with creative positions in PR or advertising agencies, in leading media. It is also possible previous experience of the candidate in marketing positions.
