A consultant-recruiter has no right to disclose, outside the agency, information about the agency’s customers and any information that he receives from the client company for this particular vacancy or about the company in general. It is advisable not to inform candidates about who our client is until the Consultant Recruiter decides that this candidate fits the job description, and he will send the candidate to the customer. The consultant-recruiter is obliged to give a standard polite response to each candidate who sent his resume to the agency vacancies in the following form: “Dear Nyomrek! Thank you very much for your resume that you sent to our vacancy "Job Title". We will consider it within the next five working days, and if we decide to invite you for an interview, we will contact you by ... Regards, Consultant Recruiter. ” Therefore, all resumes must be reviewed within five business days of their receipt. A consultant-recruiter has no right to disclose or transfer information about candidates (their name, personal data, work experience and education, qualifications and their own assessments and opinions about candidates) to anyone outside the agency without the permission of the Agency's President and / or consent candidate The consultant-recruiter of the agency is obliged to promptly give an answer to all candidates on the state of their hiring process: to explain - as politely as possible, without detracting from the dignity of the candidates, how strange they would seem to the Recruiter-Consultant, and as objectively as possible - the reasons for which the candidate was refused either by the Consultant-recruiter himself or by the customer, if possible, give tactful recommendations, advice on correcting the search for a job by the candidate, asking for permission to involve the candidate in other suitable Idate vacancies, if any appear. A consultant-recruiter is obliged to select a replacement for a candidate who has not passed the customer’s three-month probationary period (if the reason for dismissing the candidate in himself, and not initiated by the contracting company itself - for example, reducing the position of the candidate). Replacement is made without charging commissions, in terms agreed with the customer, while the Consultant Recruiter does not have the right to refuse to work on the selection of a replacement, no matter how many current vacancies he / she has at the moment. The president of the agency has the right to remove the Consultant-Recruiter from working on a specific vacancy and transfer it to another Consultant-Recruiter, if he / she considers that the quality of the Consultant-Recruiter’s work for this vacancy does not meet the requirements of the customer and the agency or his / her temporary resources allow you to close this job on time. Disclosure by the Recruitment Consultant of information about the agency’s customer to third parties (outside the agency), which resulted in a lawsuit from the customer’s company, loss of a client, other serious consequences, is punishable by dismissal, without paying any wage arrears or commission fees. If the disclosure of information does not lead to serious consequences for the agency, the consultant-recruiter is punished with a strict warning. In case of repeated similar data leakage, the Consultant Recruiter will be dismissed from the agency without paying the debt. Disclosure of information about candidates is punished with a reprimand. Not timely informing of candidates, not motivated silence about the reasons for refusal or the state of the process of hiring a candidate, is punished with a reprimand.
