1. General characteristics of the profession
HR Specialist.
2. Official duties
In the era of developed socialism, HR managers were called simply HR managers. Usually, their functions were to fill workbooks and send people to rest according to the Labor Code. The work is not dusty and did not require much effort. But times have changed, and requirements have changed with them. Now the duties of the HR-manager include developing and maintaining the corporate style of the company, selecting candidates for vacancies, creating a system to encourage and punish the employees of the company. After all, the most important thing is the result, and in order to have results, we need serious motivation. How to achieve it, the personnel manager decides himself, based on his ideas about the effectiveness of these methods and the situation in the team. It is necessary to formulate the goals and mission of the organization, bring them to the employees, hold events that will contribute to strengthening the internal spirit of the company, open to each employee his perspectives on the position held. The main requirements for HR managers are higher education (commercial, psychological, economic, pedagogical); special attention is paid to such moral qualities as insight, organization, practicality, interpersonal skills, the ability to understand others. The personnel manager should be good with people, and people with him. Communication should not be a burden to you, because by occupation you will have to talk a lot. Employees need to be able to listen, appreciate the peculiarities of their behavior, to be able to predict professional success, sometimes to help with practical advice. At the same time, these specialists must be good managers. In order to cope with their tasks, HR managers are required to be tough and authoritative.
3. Qualification requirements
It is considered that the personnel manager should have a psychological education. But this is not always justified: psychology as a science is indirectly related to the functions with which such a specialist is endowed. Education can be any, but necessarily - systematic and deep.
