Must know: botany, cytology (cell science), plant structure and life, microbiology, biochemistry, biophysics, genetics, selection, ecology, methods of collecting, accounting, plant systematics, nature conservation measures. Professionally important qualities: love of nature, memory, logical thinking, attention, accuracy, coordination of movements, observation. Medical contraindications: susceptibility to catarrhal diseases, allergic diseases, dysfunction of the musculoskeletal system.
