1. General characteristics of the profession
The person who provides maintenance and proper condition of the buildings and premises of the enterprise, as well as control over the serviceability of the equipment.
2. Official duties
Takes part in the development of plans for current and capital repairs of fixed assets (buildings, water supply systems, air ducts and other facilities), cost estimates. Organizes the repair of premises, monitors the quality of repair work. Provides divisions of an enterprise, institution, organization with furniture, household equipment, means of mechanization of engineering and managerial labor, monitors their safety and timely repair. Organizes the preparation of the necessary documents for the conclusion of contracts for the provision of services, receipt and storage of office supplies, necessary household materials, equipment and inventory, provides them with structural units, as well as keeping records of their spending and drawing up established reports. Controls the rational use of materials and funds allocated for economic purposes. Organizes the reception, registration and necessary services for delegations and persons who arrived on official travel. Supervises works on landscaping, gardening and cleaning the territory, festive decoration of facades of buildings, walk-throughs. Organizes the maintenance of meetings, conferences, seminars and other events. Performs work on the organization of personnel records, rational nutrition of workers during lunch breaks, scheduling vacations and working hours. Ensures the implementation of fire prevention measures and the maintenance of fire equipment in good condition. Takes measures to introduce communications, computing and organizational equipment. Supervises the department staff.
3. Qualification requirements
Higher vocational education and work experience in the specialty of at least 2 years or secondary vocational education and work experience in the specialty.
