A person who regulates production using computer, communications and communications.

2. Official duties

Controls the security of the company's departments with the necessary materials, structures, components, equipment, as well as transport and loading and unloading facilities. It carries out operational control over the course of production, ensuring maximum utilization of production capacities, rhythmic and uninterrupted movement of work in progress, delivery of finished products, performance of work (services), storage and handling operations according to established schedules. Ensures compliance with the established norms of reserves in areas and in workshops, the size of batches of launches and the timing of their submissions. Takes measures to prevent and eliminate violations of the course of production, involving, if necessary, the relevant services of the enterprise. It identifies the reserves of production to establish the most rational modes of operation of technological equipment, more complete and uniform loading of equipment and production areas, reducing the duration of the production cycle of the product. Carries out the implementation and ensures the rational use of technical means of operational management of production. Keeps a dispatching magazine, prepares reporting reports and other technical documentation on the production process. Participates in the work of analyzing and evaluating the activities of departments of the enterprise, the identification of internal reserves. Supervises the work of operators dispatch service.

3. Qualification requirements

Secondary vocational education without presenting requirements for work experience or elementary vocational education and work experience in the operational regulation of the management (production) process for at least 3 years, including at this enterprise - at least 1 year.
