Manages the forklift when lifting, moving and lowering the load in compliance with the rules of occupational safety, conducts maintenance and repairs of the forklift. Must know: purpose, principle of operation, arrangement of mechanisms, systems and devices for monitoring forklifts and attachments, rules of road traffic and traffic safety on roads and streets, types of malfunctions, rules of operation and maintenance of forklifts, rules for construction and installation, plumbing. Professionally important qualities: physical and psychological health, the ability to distinguish colors, good eyesight and hearing, responsiveness, memory allocation.
