2. Official duties

Provides maximum utilization of production capacity, full load and proper operation of equipment, productive work of all workers of the site (brigade) throughout the shift. Participates in the development of ten-day and monthly production assignments for the site (brigade) and, in accordance with them, establishes tasks for the teams and individual workers. Provides timely preparation of production materials, semi-finished products, tools, fixtures, technical documentation, etc., and uniform work of the site (brigade) in accordance with the established task. Carries out a systematic check of the implementation of tasks by teams and individual workers, the timely elimination of problems that interfere with the normal course of the production process. Organizes the solution of production and social issues of the activities of the unit (area). Carries out a systematic improvement of his qualifications, at least 1 time in 2-3 years, retraining in advanced training institutes, refresher courses, etc. It controls the correct and timely execution of primary documents in terms of receiving and issuing work (outfits, replaceable tasks, etc.), idle workers and equipment, overtime work orders, information on the implementation of the production program. Conducts instructing subordinate workers, provides them with the necessary assistance in mastering the standards for working out and executing production tasks, devotes special attention to instructing workers in cases of difficulty or responsibility for the work to be performed, for mastering new work. It checks the workers' compliance with the established technological processes and the termination of work in cases of non-compliance with its established technical processes, technical conditions, drawings, processing modes, etc. It accepts the first part or product made by the worker on the equipment that was removed from the repair or after adjustment. Revises, in the prescribed manner, outdated and underestimated production standards, as well as work standards, for which organizational and technical measures have been taken to reduce labor costs. Carries out a systematic check of the state of equipment and fences, instructing workers and checking their knowledge of safety regulations, industrial hygiene, fire safety and the use of personal protective equipment, monitoring compliance with working rules and instructions for labor protection and safety. It ensures the strictest observance by the employed labor and production discipline, cleanliness and order in the workplace. Monitors the timely removal of waste and finished products without cluttering passages and driveways and cluttering up jobs. He oversees the development of multi-station service and the combination of professions, attracting workers to participate in production meetings and discuss issues related to the fulfillment of tasks assigned to the site, the experience of advanced workers and production innovators, etc. Together with employees of the Quality Department, it ensures high quality of work performed by workers parts, assembly of components and products, their quality, and also studies the causes of defects and defects, develops and implements measures to eliminate them. Implements economic accounting and collective contract on the site.

3. Qualification requirements

Higher technical education and work experience in production for at least one year or secondary specialized education and work experience in production for at least three years. In the absence of special education, work experience in production is not less than five years.
