1. General characteristics of the profession
A person who, together with the trade union committee and the structural subdivisions of the enterprise, develops forecasts and programs for the social development of the workforce.
2. Official duties
Prepares proposals on the social development of the labor collective of an enterprise when preparing annual and prospective plans for social development and concluding a collective agreement. It monitors the state of solving social issues in the structural units of the enterprise. Develops local regulations (orders, regulations, instructions, etc.) aimed at improving the work of structural units that provide solutions to social issues in the enterprise. Prepares reports, notes, analytical and other materials relating to issues of social policy at the enterprise, its condition, development prospects, bottlenecks, etc., for the management of the enterprise. Organizes the control and verification of the execution of orders, orders, plans, etc. relating to the organization and implementation of planned activities on social issues. Coordinates the activities of the structural units of the enterprise, ensuring the selection, training and maintenance of the qualifications of workers and the creation of the necessary social and living conditions in the workplace for them. Participates as a representative of the administration at meetings of the trade union committee, as well as in the work of commissions and working groups when considering issues of social development of an enterprise. Represents the interests of the administration of the enterprise in the executive and legislative bodies, higher organizations to address social issues.
3. Qualification requirements
Higher (economic, legal or technical) education, work experience in senior positions for at least 3 years and a past medical examination established for employees of organizations with particularly dangerous production in the field of atomic energy.
