1. General characteristics of the profession

A person engaged in the collection of cash proceeds and other valuables in the form of organizations - clients of the Bank.

2. Official duties

Delivers cash from the Bank to the organization. Delivers, as well as collects cash and other valuables from branches of the Bank and operating cash desks outside the Bank’s cash office. In the performance of their duties, collectors are obliged to: ensure the safety of others and other members of the brigade and the safety of valuables being transported; check the accuracy of the accompanying documents; comply with the exact procedure of collection and delivery of valuables; to handle issued firearms with care, to apply them in cases strictly determined by law and only when attacking a brigade of collectors, when other protective measures are impossible, to hand over weapons and personal protective equipment to storage at the end of the race; comply with other legal requirements. In the process of collection of cash proceeds and valuables, the collector: as part of a brigade, travels to organizations, branches or operating cash desks of the Bank (hereinafter referred to as organizations) to carry out collection in accordance with routes and timetables of races; before going to collect cash proceeds and valuables, it receives a receipt in the register of issuing and receiving of attendant cards, seals, keys and powers of attorney: collector collector - power of attorney, attendant cards, print of the section of collection with the route number designation assigned by the head of collection department of the senior collection team - empty bags; in the organization, the collector-collector accepts a bag with valuables checking the integrity of the packaging, the presence of whole and clear impressions of seals, their conformity with the existing sample, the correctness of filling out documents; in a special car, the senior brigades of collectors take a bag with valuables from the collector-collector in the above order, return the invoice and return card to it and issue an empty bag to the next service organization. During the route, a bag with valuables is kept under the responsibility of the senior team of collectors in a safe, metal box or bag; at the end of the arrival, the senior team of collectors submits the accepted values ​​to the cash desk of the Bank. In the process of delivering cash or other valuables to the organization: the senior brigades of cash collectors receive bags of valuables from the bank teller, suitably packed and sealed, with accompanying documents, and hand over bags of valuables to the organization’s cashier; transportation is carried out in a special car by a team of collectors; when delivering cash or other valuables to branches or operating cash offices of the Bank in order of reinforcement, collectors check and pack valuables under delivery under the control of a cash worker.

3. Qualification requirements

Secondary education and work experience in commercial structures for at least 5 years. The collector must pass an inspection in the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and receive training on special courses of security guards under the program approved by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
