SHADOW FROM THE CUTTING VERTICAL DIRECT

The projection of the shadow falling on any plane from a straight line segment perpendicular to this plane coincides with the projection of the light beam on this plane and is a straight line.

Thus, the shadow from the vertical segment of a straight line on the horizontal plane coincides with the horizontal projection of the light beam, and on the frontal plane it is parallel to the segment itself, i.e. is a vertical straight line segment.
