Classification groups of ESKD standards: general design rules, symbols, requirements for drawings, diagrams, standard products.
Number of A4 sheets in A1 format: 8 sheets.
Rules for the location of the title block: in the lower right corner of the drawing.
Contents of the title block: name, scale, date, drawing designation, developer's name.
Scales: natural (1:1), enlargements (2:1, 5:1), reductions (1:2, 1:5).
Designation of scales: 1:1, 2:1, 5:1, 1:2, 1:5.
Line thickness: axial, center, extension and dimension — 0.3-0.5 mm.
Lines for outlining the contour: solid thick lines.
Font size is determined by the height of letters and numbers in millimeters.
The height of lowercase letters: is equal to 2/3 of the height of capital letters.
Dimension symbols: Ø (diameter), R (radius), ∠ (angle), L (length).
Dimension line distance: 10 mm from the contour and 7-10 mm between dimension lines.
The diameter symbol Ø is used for round parts, the radius symbol R is used for arcs and circles.
Size of the number on the drawing: above or next to the dimension line.
The scale of the image does not affect the size of the dimensions, they are indicated in natural size.
Slope: the angle of inclination of the surface; designation — ∇ with the angle value.
Taper: the ratio of the base diameter to the height; designation — c/d.
Conical chamfers: are designated by the angle and linear dimension on the drawing.
