When we say that a person has good intuition and receptivity, we unconsciously note his ability to understand the body language of the interlocutor and to compare the received signals with verbal ones. In other words, saying that we are “gut feeling” that the interlocutor is lying to us, we want to say that his words do not agree with the movements he performs. Speakers call this feeling collective or group consciousness. For example, if the listeners leaned back in their chairs, lifted their chins and crossed their arms over their chest, the sensitive speaker immediately realizes that he obviously did not succeed. At such a moment, he can adjust his performance to attract the attention of the audience. The speaker, who does not differ in such sensitivity, will continue his speech and will not achieve any success.
| Susceptibility is the ability to notice the contradictions between the words of a person and the movements and gestures performed by him.

In general, it can be said that women are more susceptible than men. Female intuition has long been proverbial. Women have the innate ability to understand and correctly decipher non-verbal signals, as well as to notice the smallest details. That is why only a few husbands manage to deceive their wives. Women themselves very successfully lead by the nose their faithful.
Studies conducted by psychologists from Harvard University have shown that women are much more attentive to body language than men. The subjects were shown short clips with the sound turned off, and then offered to explain what was happening on the screen. In the commercials used scenes of communication between men and women. As a result, it turned out that women correctly estimated what was happening in 87 percent of cases, while men only in 42 percent. Almost female intuition is possessed by men, whose activities are connected with care and communication with other people. Good results were shown also by homosexuals. Female intuition is especially strongly developed among those who raise children. During the first years of a child’s life, a woman has to rely almost entirely on non-verbal channels. That is why women have a much more developed intuition than men: they have to learn this art very early.
