Rubbing the tip of the index finger or several fingers at once with a thumb is usually regarded as a signal of waiting for receiving money. The person as if rubs the coin clamped in fingers. This gesture is often used by street vendors who promise a big discount, or those who want to borrow money from friends.
“We will earn decent money in this business!”
However, when dealing with clients, professionals should avoid such a gesture, since it causes negative associations with money.
