Windows Does Not See the Second SATA Hard Drive, But the BIOS Does - Help!

Practice

I changed my computer and decided to install the 500GB drive from the old computer into the new one. In the BIOS it sees it, in "Disk Management" it sees it too but says it's not readable. What should I do? I tried the Acronis Disk program but it says an unsupported hard drive was detected

then format it through Disk Management, Windows was probably installed on it before, right?

no, there was no Windows on it, and it can't be formatted, there's a lot of study material on it

use a Live CD.
