so then I installed the driver
and everything worked (I use Bluetooth to connect my laptop to the internet via my phone) sometimes a message started appearing

what could that mean?
one of two things either the driver doesn't fit the device (or maybe the other way around, the device doesn't fit the driver)))) or the Chinese really did counterfeit the device.
The most interesting thing is that I bought this bluetooth adapter in what seemed to be a reputable chain, Citrus Discount Ukraine, could they really be selling counterfeit goods?
I had the same problem with Bluetooth, but only in Windows 7, I installed Vista again and everything's fine
