Severely slowed down, running jerkily, asrock 775vm800
There are more than 150 computers on staff, about 8 of them are built on this motherboard and 4 of them are very very slow, they work very slowly
The operation is jerky - the CPU frequency is clearly lower than it should be.
Where is the problem?
I've changed the drives, memory, PSU, there doesn't seem to be overheating of the CPU or motherboard
