Everyone knows that fiscal registers must issue fiscal receipts without errors,
since everything can be checked by the tax authority, but in practice this is not always the case, what could be the cause of this?
Have you tried changing the COM port baud rate? what speed is currently set?

Yes, I changed everything, restarted it, the speed is set to 115,000 bits per second, and I changed that too, apparently it's the drivers or the software or the cash register itself is glitchy, but !
I have 6 such cash registers with different computers...decided to analyze what they all have in common, since one out of six has almost no glitches...
It turned out the culprit was, probably, electromagnetic incompatibility of the deactivator for electromagnetic anti-theft stickers for the anti-theft system, installed at 5 out of six locations, I said it should be turned on very rarely or not turned on at all. The glitches became significantly fewer.. that's how it is
