1. проверьте не удалились и не отключились ли модули в списке расширений и моделей

2. проверьте таблицу oc_layout_module
например для модулей layout_builder и html должна быть возможность вывода в блоках content_top, header_top , navigation . на странице (layout) 8.
понять какай layout можно по таблице oc_layout
