I use Total Commander

recently the FTP upload speed has started to decrease, around 100-200 kbit/s

it doesn't rise any higher. there are no provider restrictions, other upload programs upload to the same servers just fine within the provider's speed limit of up to 100 megabit/s

what could be the problem?

например 512192
скорость значительно возрастет например станет равной максимальной для вашего провайдера
