The nature and types of conflicts are revealed, the model of conflict * as a process, the main types of conflicts and their characteristics are considered.
It gives a description of the sources of conflict: the distribution of resources, the interdependence of tasks, differences in goals, perceptions and values, behavior and life experience, as well as poor communication.
The sequence of conflict management is considered, the characteristic of structural and interpersonal methods of conflict resolution is given. The stress response model, signs of stress, organizational and personality factors causing stress are characterized.
