The methods of work on the improvement of organizational structures are considered: expert, comparisons and analogies, chain structuring, organizational modeling. Their characteristic is given.
The basic principles of building organizational structures are described, the characteristic of the controllability rate and methods for its determination are given.
Two methods of analyzing the existing governance structures are presented: INTROSPECT ("look in and out", "self-analysis" and UOC - control by objectives ("bottom-up")
The stages of designing and implementing organizational structures are characterized, the content of organizational and managerial support during the implementation of design decisions is considered.
