Needs According to Kaverin

Lecture

There is a classification developed by Kaverin. This classification is based on the principles of dominance and activity. Kaverin believed that everything a person does in life can be reduced to just four groups of activity.

The first group is labor, and the second is communication. The third group is cognition, and the fourth is recreation. Each type of human activity should correspond to its own group of human needs.

According to Kaverin, all human needs can be divided into needs for creativity, sociogenic needs, psychic and physical needs, and biogenic needs. Each group of needs includes strictly defined human needs.
