Organizing and running an extracurricular event requires careful preparation and planning. Here are the steps that will help you carry out such an event successfully:

There are no formal requirements regarding the form, length, or content of an extracurricular event outline. However, there are a number of elements that are mandatory in such an outline.
Topic of the extracurricular event. Full name of the homeroom teacher (or student), grade/class, school, date.
Goals and objectives of the educational event.
Equipment.
Course of the educational event.
Conclusion (expected results).
The outline should reflect the preliminary preparation for the event. This includes dividing students into groups (teams) and advance assignments, as well as preparing the necessary equipment (costumes), and so on. The outline should describe the course of the event in detail: questions and the expected correct answers to them, the time allotted for each stage, and the planned results.

Outline of an extracurricular event on the theme "My Native Land"
Format: a festive game
Objectives:
1. Reinforce children's knowledge of their native land.

Remember that a successful extracurricular event is not only entertaining but also educational. It can help develop students' cooperation and leadership skills and social adaptation, and can also strengthen friendly relationships within the school community.
