Controls the passage and execution of documents. Takes into account received and sent correspondence, organizes and stores documents of the current archive, hand over completed cases, a registration card file and computer data banks to the organization’s archive. Owns information technology.

Education - higher in the specialty "Documentation and documentation support of the enterprise." Promising specialization: "Documentation support in jurisprudence" and "Information support of the enterprise."
