Silver miner
In ancient Rome, silver mined by hand. The boys were lowered into narrow cracks, very deep. Due to the fact that it was hot there and poisonous gases were present, it was possible to live in this mode for no more than 3 months. But the Romans did not care, as the workers were slaves.
