A parallelepiped is called a prism, at the base of which is a parallelogram.
A parallelepiped is called direct if its side edges are perpendicular to the bases.
A parallelepiped is called oblique if its side edges are not perpendicular to the bases.
The edges of the parallelepiped that do not have common vertices are called opposite .
