It is possible to create presentations using the Auto Content Wizard. To do this, after clicking on the Power Point icon in the Microsoft Office pane, you need to wait until the main program window and the Helpful Tip dialog box appear, which contains information that can help you with further work on the presentation. By clicking the Next button in this window, it is possible to read the next tip, and by clicking the OK button, you can close the window. After the dialog box is closed, PowerPoint offers several ways to create presentations: using the Auto Content Wizard, presentation template, or just a blank presentation. In addition, it is possible to open a file of an existing presentation.

If the user is not familiar with the order of development of presentations, it is better to use the help of Auto Content Wizard. To do this, select the appropriate selector button and press the OK button in the window above. As a result, six dialog boxes will appear successively on the screen in which it is possible to set the main characteristics of the presentation being created.

The transition to the next dialog box in the Auto Content Wizard occurs after clicking the Next button, and returning to the previous window after pressing the Back button.

In the second window, in which data are entered for the design of the title slide, data about the user, company name, a motto, etc. are entered. This information is placed on the title slide.

The most important is the third window of the Auto Content Wizard, which is called the presentation type selection window. It provides the following types of presentation:

1) strategy recommendation;

2) the sale of a product, service, or idea;

3) training;

4) progress report;

5) reporting bad news, etc.

Suppose you selected the type Sales for a product, service, or idea. The content should tell about the advantages of this product, service or idea, compare them with competitors, etc.

In the case when the appropriate topic is not found in this window, you should click the Other button to get a list of presentation templates. After selecting the presentation template, click Next and go to the last window of the Auto Content Wizard. Otherwise, in the fourth window, you should choose the presentation design style and set the duration of your speech. The fifth window determines the way the presentation is presented and indicates if handouts are needed. Finally, in the sixth PowerPoint window, it says that the preliminary work on creating the presentation has been completed, and you are prompted to click the Finish button. After a certain time, the title slide of the presentation will appear on the computer screen. In order not to lose the results of your work, you should save the presentation in the appropriate folder by calling *** in the Save menu File.

PowerPoint system allows the user to work and view information in various forms. The type of work being done determines the appropriate type of presentation, which greatly improves the user experience. There are five such types, and their establishment is carried out by pressing one of the buttons at the bottom of the main program window.

The slide view is most convenient when each slide is gradually formed, a design is selected for it, and text or graphics are inserted.

The structure view must be set to work on the presentation text. It is possible to view the titles of all slides, the entire text and the structure of the presentation.

The slide sorter is the most convenient way to add transitions and set the duration of the slide on the screen. In addition, in this mode, you can swap slides.

The note view is used to create notes for the report.

The demonstration is used to see the results of the work. In this mode, the slides in turn are displayed on the screen. The establishment of the desired view is carried out using the commands from the View menu.

View presentation will be better if you arrange all its slides in the same style. In this case, it often becomes necessary to place the same design element on all slides, so in PowerPoint it is possible to set the same design for all slides and pages. This is done in the mode of working with samples.

To enter this mode, you should select in the menu View com *** y Sample, and in the opened submenu - the presentation element, the sample of which should be corrected in its own discretion.

Two commands are used for slides in the menu - Sample Slides and Sample Headers. The second comma *** a is used to determine the pattern of title slides; the appearance of all the other slides in the presentation depends on the slide patterns.

After selecting the Sample Slides command, you can see that in each slide area there is a hint on what needs to be done to make any changes to the sample. It is possible to set the type, typeface and size of the font, set the parameters of the paragraphs, change the size of the sample areas, place a picture in it or draw some graphic element. In this case, all elements in the sample will appear on each slide of the presentation, and the changes made will immediately be reflected in all other slides.

Thus, in PowerPoint it is possible to create an individual design and define elements that should be the same for the entire presentation.

If the dialog box that opens when you call PowerPoint, or the presentation file with which the user worked, was closed, then in order to create a new presentation, you should call the *** command *** Create from the File menu. After that, the Create presentation window with the active Presentation Designs section appears on the screen. In this dialog box you should set the presentation design template. When you click on one of the templates in the Preview window, its image appears. After selecting a template, double click on it, and the New Slide dialog box will open. In the Select Auto-markup area, you need to define the auto-markup for the slide being created. In the lower right corner of the window is its main and brief description. After double-clicking on the auto-mark sample, a new slide will appear on the screen containing the stubs.

The window for creating a new slide is called by selecting the Create slide command from the Insert menu or by pressing the Ctrl + M key combination.

PowerPoint presentations may include multimedia (sound bites, video clips, etc.).
