The concept of a cybernetic system and its components. The structure of a control system: the subject of control, the object of control, direct and feedback links. The system's connection with the external environment: the influence of the external environment, information about the external environment. Closed and open-loop systems.
13.2. Setting the control objective. Levels of organizational management. Management tasks: goal-setting, stabilization, program execution, tracking, optimization. Leadership. The concept of a management function. Groups of management functions: decision-making, information processing, information exchange. The management cycle. Levels of management: top, middle, lower.
