Miniaturization and microminiaturization of electronic equipment, increasing its reliability, the need for mechanization and automation of production have led to the development and large-scale production of printed circuit boards (PCBs).
The electrical conductors of the printed circuit board are metal strips, firmly attached to the surface of a flexible or rigid insulating base, which serve to electrically connect parts and assembly units placed on the insulating board.
Printed installation in comparison with conventional volumetric installation has the following advantages:
the combination of electrical and radio elements and wiring in a single structural unit;
the ability to automate the processes of mounting elements and checking the correctness of connections on the PC, which is ensured by the location of the elements in one plane and the presence of a single step of the coordination grid on the board;
