Personality and organization.
The study of individual human behavior is carried out taking into account the following factors:
- personal har-ka
- the situation in which impl-activity
- age
Personality is a combination of individual, social and psychological factors characterizing a person.
Individuality is a type of relatively stable manifestation of how a person thinks, feels, sees himself.
People have different types of temperaments.
4 types of temperament:
- choleric
- melancholic
- phlegmatic
- sanguine
Character is a combination of the most stable manifestations in human behavior in a certain respect:
- to yourself (the degree of demanding, self-esteem).
- to others.
Character characterizes important qualities.
Properties of the big 5-ki personality:
1) Extraversion. Characterizes a person's predisposition to experience predominantly positive, emotional states.
An extrovert is a personality subconsciously focused mainly on external objects and other people.
Introvert personality is subconsciously focused on his personal world.
2) Nervousness. It characterizes the tendency of people to experience a negative emotional state.
3) livability- trait, the ability of a person to build relationships with others.
4) Good faith. Characterizes the degree of discipline.
5) Openness to knowledge
Additional characters of people significant for the org.
1) Locus (control) - the quality is the charitable tendency of people to attribute responsibility for the results of their activities to external forces or to their own efforts.
2) Self-esteem.
3) The need to achieve the involvement of the authorities (Macleland’s research).
4) risk appetite.
5) Authoritarianism.
The influence of situations on the behavior of the individual.
An organization in accordance with its goals, specifics, structures forces the employee to act in accordance with the norms accepted by her (work requirements, strict rules, defining technologies).
Age personality characteristics:
The age period involves some personality traits:
Adulthood: - early 21-25 years; - average 20-40 years; - The peak of intellectual achievement; - late (decay of physical forces); - pre-retirement.
Aging: - removal from work 65-70 years; - old age 70-75 years; - decrepitude> 75 years.
