First, let's look at how sound is created.
As already mentioned, breathing is a very important factor. The exhaled air stream is the beginning or cause of the sound.
After we begin to speak air, air comes out of the lungs and passes through the larynx and vocal cords. Larynx and vocal cords - the place where sounds are formed; vowels and voiced consonants.
Next comes into effect the palatine curtain. The palatine curtain or the back of the soft palate affects the sound quality, its purity, strength, tone.
Then, as the air comes out, the epiglottis acts, namely:
a) the cavity of the mouth, where the sound takes its form.
b) the nasal cavity, in the formation of vowel sounds, is a resonating organ, actively participates in the formation of nosalized sounds M and N.
And the final organs involved in the final design of the sound:
active - tongue and lips,
passive - teeth, jaw, sky.
The training of all organs of the voice and voice apparatus is extremely important for voice and correct speech. Well, of course you need to start with the basics - with the development of proper breathing.
