[+1] Stopped, or How to Bring a Program Back

Practice

So, you're working in some program, but then accidentally (or maybe even intentionally) you press Ctrl+Z or Pause, and the current console program drops back to the command line, with something like this showing on screen:

[1]+ Stopped sudo mc

How do you get the program back?

Answer:
$ fg

The fg command will bring the suspended program back to the exact place where you stopped it.
