Determining the age limits of youth, as well as solving many problems related to “youth”, still remains the subject of scientific discussions. Famous Russian sociologist I.V. Bestuzhev-Lada writes: “The fact is that“ youth ”is not only and not so much an age concept, but a social and historical one”.
At this time, people of very different ages were assigned to this category at different times and in different layers of society. This age is characterized as “sustainable conceptual socialization, when stable personality traits are developed,” all mental processes stabilize, a person acquires a stable character.

In his youth, a person is most capable of creative activity, the formulation of heuristic hypotheses, is the most efficient, therefore progress in various fields of scientific knowledge is largely related to the activities of young people. Young people are mastering the most complex ways of intellectual activity in the most diverse and modern fields of science and technology; in labor activity (intellectual, physical); The acquired knowledge, skills, abilities are not only realized, but also receive their further development and creative improvement (including in new areas - in the field of management, marketing, ecology, etc.).
Youth is for most young people and a student time when they have to withstand quite large loads - physical, mental, moral, strong-willed.
