Unlike civilizations

What sets in motion the masses, peoples, connects different continents, determines whether civilizations should be or not? Political or economic factors? Geographical position? The inequality of power points drawn by the power of the internal law to each other and forming, when united, great political constellations that can exist for centuries or cover whole continents? Let us recall the Roman Empire, Venice, the Assyrian-Babylonian civilization, so different from the civilizations of India, China, and Egypt.
Today we live in an era of superiority of the white race, which, although it looks split, torn by contradictions, has been a privileged race on this planet for several millennia. There is life on our planet, because that is how the energy balance of the higher stratospheres relative to our solar system has been formed. Being in some positions, these astrological constellations are able to influence life, while in others - no. Changes in these energy centers of the interstellar system subsequently cause changes in their projection, determining the great laws of life.
Leaving this topic open, I would like to consider only the planet Earth, moreover, looking at it as a small body or organism. At the same time, the white race will act as an instant of its logical-historical "I".
In each person there is a mediator between the inner and outer realities, which we call the logical-conscious "I". Meanwhile, it represents only part of the psychic energy. There is also a zone of complexes, the nuclei of the many buried "I", deterministic mental structures that latently act on the benefit of the individual as a whole or to his detriment.
The psychological reality of complexes is an obvious fact for any serious researcher of human behavior, although most people are not able to see it. Here I want to emphasize once again what I constantly encounter in my practice: when someone speaks to me, I often notice that his logical-conscious “I” tells me one thing, and its body asserts something else. I cannot answer anyone who is split in himself, regardless of whether it is caused by good intentions or not, because no matter how rationally, literally and grammatically I express my thought, this person will still not understand me, how it is intentioned by another psychic reality, which he himself is completely unaware of.
