Lecture
We will look closely at today's youth in all parts of the world (from 14 to 26 years old), which is biologically the “tomorrow” of our civilization, while excluding the already corrupted subjects and a pronounced delinquent and pathological group. We will limit the analysis to only those young people who in one way or another seek to affirm their positive selfishness in the world of work, in the future, in life. In this case, we will not take into account the differences of races, civilizations, cultures - that is, we take the biologically significant core of today's youth.
First of all, this will be the youth of Europe and South America, since the youth of the United States has been demonstrating the symptoms of premature senile decay for a number of years, because it lacks a vital impulse, novelty in the arts and fantasy. Perhaps the last glimpse of the novelty was the hippie culture, after which everything that the American youth announced to the world turned out to be already explored and experienced by other nations in past centuries. All young people in the movement from the Indian to the Pacific Oceans, from the African world to the Arab or Indian world, instinctively move in the direction of increasing consumption, and this trend may well lead it to the fact that it will be in the same case of premature old age as the youth USA.
In other words, the Afro-Asian-Indian youth, although not behind in terms of values, lags behind in time, because it is lazily moving toward goals that today are only tombstones, relics suitable for study and analysis, but no more. Similarly, young people behind the “iron curtain” are lagging behind in terms of mentality, customs, and political views, which are now comparable to those experienced by Europe and other parts of the world in the period of the 1960s and 1970s. Nevertheless, it is already noticeable that as soon as they reach the so-called “economic well-being”, they too will begin to plunge into the same pettiness and narrowness, all rather approaching the stereotypes characteristic of the current North American society. To be free from the master does not mean to find freedom: the physical obstacle is eliminated, but it still remains the task of becoming a person, to be realized, to form oneself.
Unfortunately, many "poor" believe that to get rid of the owner of the physical - that's all. But this is just something. Freedom precedes any action of an evolutionary nature, but this is not enough to claim that it contributed to the higher development of the possible.
So, analyzing the best youth, we see that its development is limited by the framework of individual consumerism, for which self-expression is not required in a word, in conversation and, consequently, the acquisition of meaning, impulse, direction, positive alternative is unattainable.
