Functional completeness of an information system

Local information systems: automation of the functions of individual elements (specialists) or subsystems (departments) of an organizational system.

Functional completeness of an information system is the degree to which it covers the functions of the organizational system.

Functional completeness of an operating system - this is one of the requirements placed on an operating system, namely that a modern OS must support multiprogram processing, virtual memory, swapping and a multi-window graphical user interface, and must also perform many other necessary functions and services.
