Types of Software Testing

All types of software testing , depending on the objectives pursued, can be divided into the following groups:

  1. Functional
  2. Non-functional
  3. Associated with changes

Functional types of testing

Functional tests are based on functions and features, as well as interactions with other systems, and can be presented at all levels of testing: component or module (Component / Unit testing), integration (Integration testing), system (System testing) and acceptance (Acceptance testing). ).
