An industrial design – artistic and design solutions for an article of industrial or handicraft production that determine its outward appearance.

A trademark and a service mark - designations serving to individualise the goods, work performed or services rendered (hereinafter referred to as goods) of legal entities or natural persons.

An appellation of origin of goods - is a designation constituting or containing the modern or historical name of a country, settlement, locality or other geographical object (hereinafter referred to as a geographical object), or a derivative of such a name, which has become known as a result of its use in relation to goods whose special properties are exclusively or mainly determined by the natural conditions and/or human factors characteristic of that geographical object.
