environment.

Most people who do not suffer from severe psychopathology can, with varying degrees of fruitfulness, participate in group psychotherapy for the benefit of themselves and others. However, there are cases of contraindications. Sometimes there are people who not only do not benefit from such activities, but also clearly interfere with others and themselves (and sometimes even harm their mental state).
