Temkto is engaged in filling and promotion of a brand or services in social networks, besides the question of creating a group there is also the question of filling a group with content. Today we will talk how to organize and automate this process.
Content in a social network has a much shorter lifespan, about a day or two, after which few people will see it, so it is very important to fill groups on a regular daily basis. This process is not complicated, but the difficulty is not the process of adding content, but the question of where to get it. You can be hired by a community administrator, but often people who are involved in supporting communities for money ask for unreasonably high pay, and human fact is not excluded, when a performer can simply disappear for a long time, or even get rid of money. There are social networking tools and third-party developers can automate the planned addition of content, but not so many tools to automatically search for it for groups. Today I will tell you briefly about one of these tools and, perhaps, so far the best of its kind.
We recommend starting the main steps in the very first steps - Vkontakte, facebook and other networks that you use.
General recommendations:
1) Ideally, if the team will be a person or a group of people responsible for public relations, including promotion in social networks. In their functions, they will support, fill and develop the group, write in local popular forums and blog communities, etc.
2) On the other hand, unlike traditional media with which 1-2 people can work, when working on social networks, it is important that all team members and participants who are not associated with a PR group participate - they can invite friends, put likes, publish on your walls, etc.
3) Therefore, it is important for the PR group to hold regular presentations of resources on social networks, how all other team members can use them for the greatest effect, advise the rest of the team members
4) The general principle in the development of a group is to fill it with interesting and relevant content in small doses, but regularly, without major interruptions, so that the group can “live” and develop.

1) Use the officially accepted name when you start a VKontakte group for a certain group "for example, Typical City!",
2) Use the official “!” Quality logo as an avatar, you can add a specific signature or motto.
3) After you have created a group - be sure to place a link to it on your website or business cards of your company, autotransport and so on.
4) We recommend making a short link to a page like http://vk.com/mygroup instead of http://vk.com/clubt77667969 - this is done in the Group Management tab, in the Address tab:
The shorter the link, the more convenient it is to place in ads and off-line media.
5) Use the group to write about the needs - the people and resources that are needed for the project. It is better to hang it as a constantly hanging and updated post in the Discussions.
6) Search by search for large regional groups, communities on similar topics or not necessarily on similar ones, but where the interested groups can potentially come from and place an invitation to your group. Contact moderators if publications are limited.
7) Follow the wall of the group - spam should be mercilessly and be removed in time
8) Prepare a description of the group that captures the reader from the first words. It is important - if a certain number of characters are exceeded, some of the information is hidden, so you need to prepare a description that will be fully visible.
9) Use photos - if you have not yet had any events in the region, you can take a photo from the federal group. Choose the best photo for photo albums.
10) Video recordings - download inspirational videos.
11) Create polls, close and delete discussions that are not discussed (if they do not carry any special load).
12) Creating events - write in the description only the essence, the release is better to attach a separate document (good, VKontakte offers such an opportunity). If the event does not happen for the first time - it makes sense to change the dates in the previous one.

Facebook is the most popular and most visited social network in the world, solid and prestigious, recognized by the world community. On Facebook, many federal and regional politicians, businessmen, representatives of show business, well-known people in their field, and the media have their profiles. You can find there different status people in your region and invite them to support “Let's do it!”.

Regarding the facebook group, the recommendations are generally similar to those of VKontakte.
You can create either a page or a group. creating a page if you want to solve an information task and a group, if you want to use it as a tool for interaction and organization of joint actions.
However, we recommend creating a page in fb, and using other tools for team interaction, for example, a VKontakte discussion thread or a Google group.
A few more recommendations:
1) The more friends you have on fb, the more people will potentially know about what you are doing, your interests, etc. - Of course, if you regularly write about it in status, publish on your wall those posts that interest you, comment on other people's records, add photos and perform other actions that allow other people to learn about you.
2) You can purposefully search for and add to friends certain people from your region, with whom it is useful to cooperate for the implementation of the group - media representatives, local politicians and government officials, businessmen, public figures, etc. It is worth doing it regularly and purposefully.
3) We recommend finding all thematic communities and pages. Not only is it helpful to join them in order to promote, you will still find there a lot of targeted people who may be interested to help for the group (page)
5) To further promote your profile on facebook (personal or page):
- add the link to the signature in the email (this can be done in the mail settings
- Add a link to fb on the pages of your profiles in other social networks - Vkontakte, Twitter, etc.
- Use in captions in comments on blogs and forums
Be sure to subscribe to it, and retweet!
If you are on Twitter or someone on your team does this:
1) Use official hashtags when writing about “!”, # Letsdoitworld,
2) Later, make a twitter broadcast on the site, where messages by tag will be displayed.
3) Use a link to a VKontakte group, to facebook, to the site in messages - so that your readers can go to external sources and learn about them
4) Find status and famous people in your region and email them to the group, invite, mention in tweets about it
